Russian manufacturers, state and local authorities, as well as other interested parties have the opportunity to obtain a range of current national, interstate and international standards in the field of medical devices and personal protective equipment for free.
Based on the decision of Rosstandart, from April 3 until a separate order, the operator of the Federal information Fund of standards, FGUP STANDARTINFORM, will provide texts of more than 50 national, interstate or international standards free of charge upon request. These include standards for medical devices, ventilators and other equipment, medical masks and antiseptics.
This decision was taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus, taking into account the joint recommendations of the International organization for standardization (ISO) and the International electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
The documents will be provided in electronic format, protected from modification, replication and without the right to further commercial distribution.
