A number of national standards on social services for the population came into force in May 2020.
The documents were developed by "STANDARTINFORM" and submitted for approval by TC 406 "Social services to the population", the secretariat of which is managed by our organization.
GOST R 58526-2019, Quality control of services for children in organizations of rest and rehabilitation of health, applies to children's services in recreation and rehabilitation organizations. The monitoring of organizations for recreation and health improvement of children, of services provided and living conditions should show how much these activities contribute to the physical, intellectual, mental, spiritual and moral development of children, raising patriotism and citizenship in them. The promotion of social, racial, national and religious inequality and the advertising of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are prohibited in the territory of recreation and health-improvement organizations for children. Monitoring the conditions of placement of children and service personnel in such establishments requires compliance of the size and condition of buildings and premises with sanitary and hygienic regulations and fire safety requirements.
GOST R 58552-2019, Social service of the population. Quality of rehabilitation services for elderlies. According to the document, the satisfaction of older people with the quality of rehabilitation services should be the object of constant attention of the management and all employees of the rehabilitation organization. Medical rehabilitation services include rehabilitation therapy, spa treatment, provision of medicines, dynamic monitoring. Vocational rehabilitation services include assistance in learning new knowledge and information technologies. The social rehabilitation services represent a set of activities for social and environmental, socio-psychological, socio-cultural, physical rehabilitation and social adaptation.

GOST R 53061-2019, Social service of the population. Quality control of social service to children, was introduced to replace GOST R 53061-2014 of the same name.
